These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of humecare.net and the Hume Care telehealth weight loss service (together, the "Services"), run by Hume Health Corp. Using the Services, completing an assessment, or subscribing to Hume Care means you're agreeing to what follows.

1. Who Can Use Hume Care

You need to be at least 18 and located in the United States to use Hume Care. The Services aren't offered outside the US. Whether you qualify for prescription medication is decided solely by a licensed Hume Care physician based on your health assessment — being able to use the website doesn't guarantee you'll qualify for treatment.

2. What Kind Of Service This Is — Telehealth Disclaimer

Hume Care delivers a telehealth-based medical service. The physicians prescribing on the platform are licensed US practitioners practicing as independent medical professionals, not as employees of Hume Health Corp. The physician-patient relationship exists between you and your prescribing physician directly. Hume Health Corp handles the technology and logistics but doesn't itself practice medicine.

3. Subscription And Billing

Hume Care runs as a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the close of each billing period unless you cancel first. You'll be notified ahead of any price change before it takes effect. Cancel anytime through the Hume Health app or by emailing support@humecare.com — see our Refund & Guarantee page for the complete cancellation process.

4. Accuracy Of Medical Information

You're responsible for giving accurate, complete health information during your assessment and throughout treatment. Submitting false or misleading medical details can lead to inappropriate treatment and termination of your subscription without a refund. Notify your Hume Care physician promptly if your health status or medications change during the program.

5. The Money-Back Promise

The 10% body weight loss guarantee follows the complete terms described on our Guarantee & Refunds page, which is part of this agreement. The guarantee applies to qualifying patients who complete 6 months of the program exactly as directed.

6. What's Not Allowed

You agree not to misuse the Services — that includes providing false health information, sharing your prescription medication with anyone else, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or attempting to bypass security or access controls on the platform.

7. Ownership Of Content And Brand

"Hume Care" and "Hume Health" are trademarks belonging to Hume Health Corp. Every piece of content on humecare.net — text, images, program design, and technology — is proprietary. Reproducing it without our express written permission isn't allowed.

8. Limits On Liability

To whatever extent the law permits, Hume Health Corp's total liability for any claim tied to these Terms or the Services won't exceed the subscription fees you paid over the 3 months before the claim. Hume Health Corp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

9. Which Law Applies

These Terms fall under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts, independent of conflict-of-law principles.

10. Updates To These Terms

These Terms get updated from time to time. Anything material is communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that point means the updated Terms apply to you.
