- Have completed monthly 3D body composition scans on schedule across the full 6-month stretch.
- Have actually engaged with your clinical team's guidance and program adjustments along the way.
- Get your refund request in within 30 days of the date your 6-month assessment took place.
Requesting A Refund
- Email support@humecare.com with your account details and a short note that you're claiming under the 10% guarantee.
- Our clinical team reviews your scan history and program adherence records โ usually a 3โ5 business day turnaround.
- Once approved, a full refund of your subscription fees posts back to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
What The Refund Actually Covers
The money-back guarantee covers Hume Care subscription fees paid across the 6-month period. It doesn't extend to third-party costs โ pharmacy co-pays if insurance partially covered your medication, for instance โ or optional add-on services purchased separately.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancel your Hume Care subscription anytime, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, email support@humecare.com or use the account section inside the Hume Health app. Cancellation takes effect at the close of your current billing period โ you won't be charged again after that. Partial refunds for unused days in a current period aren't issued, except where the law requires it.
Returning Medication
Pharmaceutical regulations mean prescription medication can't be returned or resold once dispensed. Canceling before you've used medication from a current shipment? Contact support right away โ we'll walk you through next steps based on your specific situation and applicable pharmacy policy.
